We help leadership teams decide where digital investment will create the most value, in what order, and with which architecture, so the roadmap can be executed rather than merely presented.

Executive overview

Assess digital maturity, set a transformation direction and translate it into a prioritized, funded roadmap aligned with business objectives.

A digital strategy is only useful if it shapes decisions: which processes to transform first, which systems to retain, replace or build, and how to fund and govern the portfolio. Many organizations hold a vision statement and a list of projects, but no shared logic connecting the two.

We start from the business model and operating constraints, assess current capabilities and the application landscape, and build a target architecture and roadmap that reflect dependencies, delivery capacity and total cost of ownership. Because we also design and build solutions, our roadmaps are grounded in what can realistically be delivered.

Business challenges addressed

  1. 01

    No shared baseline

Business and IT leaders hold different views of current capabilities, which makes priorities hard to agree on.

  2. 02

    A crowded project portfolio

Too many initiatives run in parallel, with unclear value, overlapping scope and competing demands on the same teams.

  3. 03

An application landscape that has grown unchecked

Redundant tools, point-to-point interfaces and aging platforms increase run costs and slow every change.

  4. 04

    Strategy disconnected from delivery

Roadmaps are approved but not resourced or sequenced, so execution reverts to the loudest priority of the moment.

Services and solutions

  • 01

    Digital maturity assessments

Structured assessment of processes, data, applications, skills and governance against the organization’s ambitions, producing a factual baseline and a clear view of gaps.

  • 02

    Digital transformation strategy

Definition of where digital should change the business model, customer interactions and internal operations, with explicit choices on scope, ambition and the capabilities to build.

  • 03

    Digital roadmaps

Sequenced, multi-year roadmaps that set out initiatives, dependencies, resourcing and decision points, structured so that each phase delivers usable value.

  • 04

    IT strategy and enterprise architecture

Target application and data architecture, integration principles and build-versus-buy guidelines that give technology decisions a coherent frame.

  • 05

    Technology investment prioritization

Business cases and a transparent scoring model based on value, risk, dependencies and total cost of ownership, so that portfolio decisions can be defended at board level.

  • 06

    Business and IT alignment

Governance bodies, demand management and shared roles between business owners and IT, so that priorities are set jointly and delivery is followed up together.

Typical engagement approach

  1. 01

    Baseline

Interviews, process walk-throughs and an application inventory establish current maturity, pain points and constraints.

  2. 02

    Ambition and target state

We define the digital ambition with leadership and translate it into target capabilities and architecture principles.

  3. 03

    Prioritization

Candidate initiatives are assessed on value, risk, feasibility and cost of ownership, then sequenced into a realistic roadmap.

  4. 04

    Mobilization

We set up governance, ownership and the first delivery waves, and can carry the roadmap directly into design and build.

Expected deliverables

  • Digital maturity assessment report and baseline
  • Digital transformation strategy and ambition statement
  • Current and target application and data architecture
  • Prioritized initiative portfolio with business cases
  • Sequenced multi-year digital roadmap
  • Business and IT governance model

Outcomes you can target

  • 01

A shared, fact-based view of digital maturity across business and IT

  • 02

Investment decisions that can be explained and defended

  • 03

A simpler, more coherent application landscape over time

  • 04

A roadmap that is resourced, governed and actually executed

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from an IT master plan?

An IT master plan often starts from systems. We start from business objectives and processes, then derive the architecture and the investment sequence, so technology choices follow operational priorities.

Do you recommend specific software vendors?

We remain vendor-independent. We define requirements and evaluation criteria, and can support a structured selection, but we do not hold reseller arrangements that would bias recommendations.

Can you help execute the roadmap afterwards?

Yes. Our teams redesign processes, automate workflows and build custom applications, so we can carry priority initiatives from strategy into delivery and continuous improvement.
